Jae Crowder (ankle) questionable for Celtics on Wednesday
Boston Celtics forward Jae Crowder (ankle) was non-committal about his status for Wednesday night's game against the Brooklyn Nets.
What It Means:
Crawford has played two games since his return from his ankle injury, and he saw fewer minutes on Monday (24) than he did in his first game back on Saturday (27), and said that his ankle flared up in the second half on Monday. If he does miss Wednesday's game, look for Marcus Smart to move back into the starting lineup.
Crowder was not efficient with his minutes last night, posting a -22.89 nERD that was the lowest among the 11 Celtics players to see the floor in Monday's win, per numberFire Live.
