Jeff Green will play backup power forward for Orlando on Wednesday
Orlando Magic forward Jeff Green will play extra minutes as the backup power forward on Wednesday against the Miami Heat.
With Bismack Biyombo being out due to a one-game suspension, the Magic are down a body in their frontcourt on opening night. Green will play at the three behind Aaron Gordon, but it looks like he will see a few extra minutes at power forward when they go small.
Green averaged 11.7 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists on a .510 true shooting percentage last season, which was his worst clip since his rookie season. He ranked 114th in the league with a -3.5 nERD last year.
