Grizzlies cuffing Marc Gasol (ankle, foot) early on in 2016-17

Memphis Grizzlies center Marc Gasol (ankle, foot) will be on a "relative minutes restriction" as the season starts.

What It Means:

Head coach Dave Fizdale wants to limit Gasol in the season's early-goings, reports Michael Wallace of Grizzlies.com. Details regarding what that restriction will entail are unknown.

Over the course of the season, our models currently project Gasol to average 33.4 minutes a night while scoring 16.7 points, pulling down 6.8 rebounds, dishing out 3.4 assists, swatting 1.6 blocks and swiping 1.0 steals for good measure.
