Cavaliers' Tristan Thompson (foot) to miss two games
Cleveland Cavaliers center Tristan Thompson (foot) will be held out of the next two preseason games as a "precautionary measure."
The foot injury is only being described as soreness, so unless anything new comes up, there's no reason to worry about his health for the regular season.
Thompson averaged 7.8 points and 9.0 rebounds in 27.7 minutes per game last season, posting career-highs with a .588 effective field goal percentage and 18.4 percent total rebound rate.
