Jamal Murray good to go Thursday for Nuggets
Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray is not on the injury report for Thursday's game against the Miami Heat.

Murray was unsure about his status for the second leg of the back-to-back after the Nuggets beat the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night. He played 33 minutes in the victory and scored 32 points on 13-of-15 field goals, including 5-of-6 three-pointers.
