Kyrie Irving (thumb) ready to return Monday for Mavericks
Dallas Mavericks guard Kyrie Irving (thumb) said he will play on Monday against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Irving is ready to return from a six-game absence after participating in the morning shootaround. It remains to be seen if Irving will be on a minutes limit in his first game back, but he will likely replace Grant Williams in the starting lineup. There will also be fewer opportunities available for Tim Hardaway Jr., Josh Green, and Jaden Hardy.
numberFire's models project Kyrie for 36.6 minutes and 44.5 FanDuel points on Monday. Per our NBA Heat Map, the Mavericks' implied total (122.0) is second-best out of 12 active teams today, while the game total (242.5) is the highest on the board.
