Brandon Rush agrees to deal with Timberwolves

The Minnesota Timberwolves and free agent guard/forward Brandon Rush have agreed to terms on a one-year deal worth a reported $3.5 million.

What It Means:

The Timberwolves have a huge lack of depth on the wing, and with this cheap contract, Rush makes for a decent stop-gap.

Rush averaged 4.2 points and 2.5 rebounds in 14.7 minutes per game with the Warriors this season while posting a .560 true shooting percentage. His -0.3 nERD ranked 83rd in the NBA.
