With Dwight Howard expected to sign elsewhere, Howford would likely jump into a big role with the Rockets. Playing in Mike D'Antoni's system -- and along side an elite playmaker in James Harder -- would likely be a boost for Horford's fantasy numbers. Houston, however, is far from the only team chasing after Horford, with Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers among those interested in the Hawks' star.

Horford ranked 16th with an 8.4 nERD last season. He averaged 15.2 points, 7.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game with an Effective Field Goal Percentage of 54.7 percent.
