Memphis Grizzlies center Xavier Tillman will start Sunday in the team's game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Tillman will serve as the starting center for Game 1 of the Western Conference Playoffs, and with Steven Adams expected to miss the postseason, he'll likely remain there indefinitely. Kenneth Lofton Jr. is headed to the bench.
