Timberwolves' Jordan McLaughlin (illness) inactive Wednesday
Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Jordan McLaughlin (illness) is out Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks.
McLaughlin has been downgraded from questionable after being a late addition to the injury report Wednesday. Anthony Edwards (ankle) could return, so that would help offset McLaughlin's absence. Austin Rivers and Nickeil Alexander-Walker will have more minutes available off the bench with McLaughlin unavailable.
Edwards has a $9,100 salary on Wednesday’s 10-game slate and numberFire's models project him for 42.4 FanDuel points over 36.7 minutes. Per our NBA Heat Map, the Timberwolves’ implied total (123.0) is second-highest of the day and the game total (241.0) is the highest on the board.
