Dyson Daniels (ankle) out again Thursday for Pelicans
New Orleans Pelicans point guard Dyson Daniels (right ankle sprain) has been ruled out for Thursday against the Toronto Raptors.
Daniels has been ruled out after being downgraded from probable to questionable earlier on Thursday. It will be the rookie's 12th straight absence. Jose Alvarado will have more minutes available behind C.J. McCollum and Josh Richardson could also be more involved.
Per numberFire's NBA Heat Map, the Pelicans’ implied total (110.0) is tied for lowest out of 18 active teams today and the game total (226.0) is second-lowest on the board. The Raptors are also allowing the sixth-fewest FanDuel points per game to opposing point guards this season, making it a suboptimal matchup for the position.
