Raptors may tweak starting lineup ahead of Game 2
Toronto Raptors coach Dwane Casey said the team will make some rotation changes and could change the starting lineup.
The Cleveland Cavaliers destroyed the Raptors around the rim and LeBron James made an incredible 11-of-12 shots at the rim. It will likely be Norman Powell getting the starting nod with Patrick Patterson moving to the bench. We anticipate there will be an update just before tip. Patterson is too risky to use now while Powell is only a tournament punt in DFS.
Powell is putting up just 3.9 points, 1.6 rebounds and 0.3 assists in 12.5 minutes per game so far in the playoffs. During the regular season, the 22-year-old rookie averaged 10.1 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.5 3-pointers per contest. He ranked 78th in the league with a 0.2 nERD in 49 total games played.
