Heat reporter thinks Chris Bosh's career is over
Miami Heat forward/center Chris Bosh (blood clots) is unlikely to play in the NBA again, according to the beliefs of reporter Ira Winderman via 560 WQAM.
Bosh was trying to get clearance from doctors to return to the Heat for the playoffs and even asked the NBPA to step in, but the Heat announced on Wednesday Bosh has been ruled out for the rest of the postseason. There was simply too much risk for Bosh to return this year, but his status for the 2016-'17 season has yet to be determined.
Bosh was very productive this year, and his 6.1 nERD ranked 26th in the league. Hopefully his stellar career doesn't end on this note, but if it does, he'll have amassed very impressive numbers with 17,189 career points and 7,592 career rebounds.
