Jonas Valanciunas (ankle) plans to play Thursday for Pelicans
New Orleans Pelicans center Jonas Valanciunas (ankle, questionable) said he will play on Thursday versus the Portland Trail Blazers.
Valanciunas sat out last game and Willy Hernangomez replaced him in the starting lineup. Hernangomez will likely shift back to the second unit on Thursday.
