Pistons' starters taking night off in contest with Cleveland
Detroit Pistons guard Reggie Jackson, shooting guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, forward Marcus Morris, forward Tobias Harris and forward/center Andre Drummond will not play on Wednesday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
It's rest for the Pistons and the NBA's most-played lineup at 915 minutes, which includes Ersan Ilyasova and not Tobias Harris, of course. Jackson is on the injury report with an abdominal strain, but it seems minor. He should be ready to roll for Game 1 over the weekend.
Jackson -- who ranks 45th with a 3.2 nERD -- is enjoying a breakout season in Detroit. In his first full year running the show, he is averaging 18.8 points, 3.2 boards, 6.2 assists and 1.5 3-pointers per game. His 53.5 True Shooting Percentage is the best clip of his career.
