Portland Trail Blazers guard Norman Powell will play with the second unit Tuesday in the team's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
What It Means:
Powell has been sidelined due to personal reasons as of late. He will return to the court on Tuesday, but after the layoff, he's not quite ready for a full workload. He'll play with the second unit and have a minutes limit.
