Anthony Davis (illness) downgraded Tuesday for Lakers
Los Angeles Lakers forward/center Anthony Davis (illness, thigh) has been downgraded to questionable for Tuesday's game against the New York Knicks.
Davis was previously listed as probable due to bruised thigh, but he's now uncertain due to flu-like symptoms. The Lakers will already be without LeBron James (suspension) on the front end of their back-to-back. Russell Westbrook and Talen Horton-Tucker would take on larger offensive roles if Davis is ruled out Tuesday. Carmelo Anthony would also be in line for more work. Davis has appeared in every game so far this season.
numberFire's models project Davis for 47.1 FanDuel points on Tuesday and he has a $10,500 salary. The Knicks' 108.2 defensive rating ranks 11th-worst in the NBA this season.
