Marcus Thornton could make Wizards debut Friday
Washington Wizards guard Marcus Thornton went through a full practice with the team on Thursday and could be available to play Friday against the Utah Jazz.
What It Means:
With Bradley Beal still questionable to play Friday, Thornton could see meaningful minutes against the Jazz. Thornton's acquisition could also cut into Garrett Temple's minutes, even if Beal doesn't play.
Thornton has a nERD of -1.4 this season, and he was having a pretty good season with the Houston Rockets before being waived at the end of February. He is averaging 10.0 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.4 assists.
