Malik Monk (foot) probable Thursday for Hornets
Charlotte Hornets shooting guard Malik Monk (sore right foot) is probable to play on Thursday against the Brooklyn Nets.
Monk was also deemed probable on Tuesday before being ruled out for a second straight game. The Hornets should provide an update on Monk's status following their Thursday morning shootaround. Caleb Martin returned to the Hornets' rotation and logged 16 minutes with 7 points, a triple, and 2 assists.
Monk is averaging 36.0 FanDuel points over his last two outings. He will have a tougher draw on Thursday against a Nets defense that is allowing the eighth-fewest FanDuel points to the shooting guard position over the last seven games.
