Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Collin Sexton (hamstring) has been ruled out of Friday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Sexton has been downgraded from questionable to out and will not play against the Lakers on Friday, extending his absence to two games. His next chance to play will come against the Sacramento Kings on Saturday.
