JaVale McGee (illness) ruled out for Cleveland Friday night
Cleveland Cavaliers center JaVale McGee will not play Friday in the team's game against the San Antonio Spurs.
McGee is listed as out due to an illness. It doesn't seem to be related to COVID-19, so a long absence isn't expected for the veteran big. Nevertheless, he will miss Friday's tilt, so expect Dean Wade to see more minutes in McGee's stead.
In 31 games this season, McGee has averaged 7.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.2 blocks and 19.0 FanDuel points.
