Mo Williams

Cavaliers will have Mo Williams (knee) available to play

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Mo Williams (knee) will be available to play Wednesday versus the Charlotte Hornets.

What It Means:

Williams received a Chondromalacia diagnosis from noted surgeon Dr. James Andrews on Tuesday, which basically means he's dealing with inflammation under the knee. It's an ailment he'll be able to play through, but Williams isn't going to have a large enough role in the rotation to be considered a viable target in most settings.

Williams ranks 86th with a -1.5 nERD in 34 games played on the year. He's averaging 9.1 points and 2.7 assists per contest with a 44.2 field goal percentage.
