Carmelo Anthony entering Trail Blazers' lineup Thursday in place of Damian Lillard (abdominal)
Portland Trail Blazers forward Carmelo Anthony will start Thursday against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Anthony will replace Damian Lillard in the starting lineup while Gary Trent Jr. and Rodney Hood man the backcourt. Melo is averaging 14.0 points and 7.5 rebounds in 36.3 minutes per game as a starter. Anfernee Simons (hamstring) will be limited to 20 minutes.
