Lakers' Anthony Davis (adductor) ruled out on Friday
Los Angeles Lakers forward/center Anthony Davis (adductor) has been ruled out of Friday's game against the Chicago Bulls.
Davis has been downgraded from questionable to out and will not play against the Bulls on Friday. After playing through his right adductor strain on Thursday, Davis will sit out the second game of the Lakers' back-to-back. With Davis and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (ankle) ruled out, Kyle Kuzma, Montrezl Harrell, and Talen Horton-Tucker could see increased minutes, while LeBron James (ankle) and Marc Gasol could see an increase in usage against Chicago.
The Lakers are 8.5-point favorites over the Bulls on Friday. Their implied team total of 115.25 points is the fifth-highest team total on Friday's main slate, according to numberFire's DFS Heat Map.
