Knicks planning to sign Jimmer Fredette
Guard Jimmer Fredette will be signing a 10-day deal with the New York Knicks, filling their open roster spot.
What It Means:
He's been pretty good in the D-League, averaging a team-high 22.3 points per game on a tidy 60.2 True Shooting Percentage. Fredette probably won't get minutes, but you never know with a new coach taking over.
In 50 games with the New Orleans Pelicans last season, Jimmer averaged 3.6 points and 0.2 3-pointers on 18.8 percent shooting from deep.
