Spencer Dinwiddie in Nets' first five Tuesday
Brooklyn Nets point guard Spencer Dinwiddie is starting in Tuesday's season opener against the Golden State Warriors.
The Nets are starting Kyrie Irving, Dinwiddie, Joe Harris, Kevin Durant, and DeAndre Jordan as they begin the 2020-21 NBA season. Dinwiddie could prove to be a valuable insurance policy for Irving this season, but he's unlikely to produce at the same rate he did last year (career-high 20.6 points per game) with Durant also now in the fold.
Dinwiddie has a salary of $5,200 on Tuesday and numberFire's models project him for 24.8 FanDuel points. The Warriors ranked 26th in adjusted defensive rating last year.
