Alan Anderson getting close to making debut for Wizards

Washington Wizards guard/forward Alan Anderson is reportedly getting close to making his season debut.

What It Means:

The Wizards are scheduled to play three games in three nights starting Thursday, and there's a chance Anderson is able to return to the team during that three-game stretch. However, he still hasn't been able to practice with the team, and if he's not able to workout with the club Wednesday afternoon, his return date could be pushed back until next week. Owners in most settings can use a wait-and-see approach with Anderson, who will more than likely be brought along slowly.

Anderson posted a -1.2 nERD in 74 games last year, averaging 7.4 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.0 3-pointers in 23.6 minutes per contest.
