Kemba Walker (knee) won't be in Hornets' lineup against Cleveland

Charlotte Hornets point guard Kemba Walker (knee) will not play Wednesday versus the Cleveland Cavaliers.

What It Means:

Wednesday will mark Walker's first game on the sidelines this season, and it'll be Jeremy Lin, Brian Roberts and Troy Daniels picking up the slack in his absence. Lin figures to start at point guard for the Hornets tonight, so he's someone to consider in DFS as his minutes will likely be somewhere in the high-30s. Charlotte has a back-to-back set coming up Friday against the Miami Heat and then Saturday facing the Washington Wizards, so there's a chance Walker could get back on the court for one of those games.

Walker has a 4.7 nERD on the season, which is good for 36th in the league. He is averaging 20.2 points, 4.3 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 1.8 steals and 1.8 3-pointers per game. Walker's 47.8 Effective Field Goal Percentage is a career-best clip.
