New York Knicks guard Dennis Smith Jr. will not return on Thursday night in the team's game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
What It Means:
Smith seemed to go into halftime fine, but as the second half was ready to get underway, it was announced that he wouldn't return due to "concussion-like symptoms." That leaves some optimism that Smith will avoid the protocol, but it could be likely either way.
