Ja Morant records first triple-double in Grizzlies' win
Memphis Grizzlies point guard Ja Morant scored 27 points (9-of-17 field goals, 7-of-9 free throws) with 10 rebounds, 10 assists, 1 steal, 1 block, 2 3-pointers, and 3 turnovers in 35.0 minutes of a 106-99 win over the Washington Wizards on Sunday.
Morant recorded the first triple-double of his career and led both teams in scoring. The rebounds are a new personal-high. He's now shot better than 50.0 percent in seven of the last nine games. The Grizzlies will host the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday in their last game before the All-Star break.
