Ian Clark starting for Warriors on Friday night
Golden State Warriors guard Ian Clark will start in place of Klay Thompson (ankle) on Friday against the Boston Celtics.
What It Means:
We finally get to see what the 2013 Summer League MVP has to offer. Stephen Curry will likely be hoisting up a few more shots tonight, and Draymond Green should be more active on offense, as well. Brandon Rush, Leandro Barbosa and Andre Iguodala also figure to be more involved. Clark could be a decent punt play against the Celtics.
Clark is averaging 6.9 minutes in 19 appearances for the Warriors this season. His nERD is 0.8.
