Thon Maker reportedly traded to Detroit
The Detroit Pistons are acquiring power forward Thon Maker from the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for guard/forward Stanley Johnson.
What It Means:
Maker's arrival could mean less work for Zaza Pachulia as Andre Drummond's backup. He is unlikely to be used much. The 21-year-old was the 10th overall pick in the 2016 draft.
Maker averaged 10.8 FanDuel points over 35 games for Milwaukee this season, with 4.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, 0.5 blocks, and 0.7 triples in 11.7 minutes per contest.
