Pacers to trade Hibbert to the Lakers
The Lakers and Pacers have reportedly agreed to a deal that will send former all-star Roy Hibbert to LA. The deal will be finalized by July 9th.
After failing to land the likes of LaMarcus Aldridge, DeAndre Jordan, Robin Lopez, and Greg Monroe, the Pacers' big man will suffice as an upgrade at center. Hibbert started 76 games last year in Indiana 10.6 points, 7.1 boards, and 1.6 blocks per game while posting a nERD of 0.0. His production did seem to go down last year compared to previous seasons, but maybe a change of scenery is all Hibbert needs.
