Tristan Thompson (foot) to spend 2 more weeks on Cavaliers' shelf
Cleveland Cavaliers forward/center Tristan Thompson (sore left foot) will miss approximately two more weeks.
"Continued examination and evaluation has resulted in an updated treatment plan for his recovery that will include him being out for approximately two weeks. His status will be updated as appropriate," the Cavaliers said in a press release. Thompson missed the last four games due to soreness from a left foot sprain he suffered on December 10. It wouldn't be a surprise to see the Cavs hold him out until after the All-Star break.
TT averaged 30.3 FanDuel points through 35 games before the injury, with 11.5 points and 11.1 rebounds per contest.
