Dennis Smith Jr. (back) to miss second straight for Mavericks Friday
Dallas Mavericks point guard Dennis Smith Jr. (mid-back tightness) didn't travel with the team for Friday's game in Minnesota against the Timberwolves.
The Mavericks return home for games on Sunday and Wednesday next week, so Smith Jr.'s absence may only last two contests. Maxi Kleber drew the start in his place on Wednesday.
DSJ is averaging 23.6 FanDuel points through 28 games. numberFire's models expect him to record 12.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 1.2 steals, and 1.2 triples per contest over the rest of the year.
