Boston's Gordon Hayward (ankle) will not play on Saturday
Boston Celtics forward Gordon Hayward (ankle) is ruled out for Saturday's game against the Dallas Mavericks.
In a back-to-back set, Hayward will sit tonight with left ankle soreness after playing 22 minutes in last night's game. It is not currently known if the Celtics are resting their 2017 prize free agent but it is worth monitoring if the Boston forward needs more time to recover.
With Hayward out tonight, expect Boston to utilize Semi Ojeleye, Jaylen Brown, and Marcus Morris at the forward positions. Our models project Ojeleye, Brown, and Morris for 7.9, 23.0, and 26.2 FanDuel points respectively against the Mavericks.
