Stephen Curry scores 26 points, Warriors now 19-0

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry scored 26 points during a thrilling 106-103 win over the Utah Jazz on Monday, adding six rebounds, five assists, two steals and four 3-pointers in 37 minutes.

What It Means:

The Jazz did a pretty decent job on Curry and often put bigs on him to make his 3-point attempts a little tougher. Curry hit a clutch three with 51 seconds left to give the Warriors the lead for good. Their 23 consecutive wins during the regular season (including the end of last year) is the third-longest in NBA history and their 19 wins to start the season extends their NBA record. Curry is on pace for 419 triples in a season and is likely going to shatter his old record of 286 from last season.

Curry's numbers are downright comical. He's averaging 31.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 2.6 steals. He's hitting 51 percent from the field, 44 from the 3-point line and 93 percent of his free throws.
