Ricky Rubio practices in full on Monday for Timberwolves

Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Ricky Rubio (ankle) put in a full practice on Monday.

What It Means:

The expectation was that Rubio would be back for Tuesday's matchup against the Orlando Magic, so this is a good sign. Take it with a grain of salt, though, as Rubio has found himself sidelined despite being listed as probable on multiple occasions. Consider him questionable, with Zach LaVine on standby.

Rubio has missed two straight games and six games this season. He's been solid when he's suited up, ranking 61st with a 1.5 nERD. His 101 Defensive Rating and 106 Offensive Rating are both the fourth-best on the team, and he ranks third on the team with .133 Win Shares per 48 minutes. We would expect him to have 14.6 points, 6.9 assists, 4.3 rebounds and 1.5 steals against the Magic on Tuesday. In six starts, Zach LaVine is averaging 20.2 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 2.2 3-pointers on 45.8 percent shooting.
