Miami Heat small forward Luol Deng (hamstring) sat out Tuesday's practice and is being listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Detroit Pistons.
What It Means:
Deng played 31 minutes on Monday and has yet to miss a game this year, so it's possible his absence from practice was just to give him rest. If Deng is unable to play on Wednesday, look for Justise Winslow to start, with Goran Dragic, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh all seeing an uptick in usage on offense.
Deng owns a 3.9 nERD this season, which ranks 47th. If he's able to play on Wednesday we project him to score 11.5 points, grab 4.3 rebounds and dish out 1.6 assists.
