MILLWOOD BLISS (9) kicked off the campaign with back-to-back wins in good fillies' races at Menangle then drew wide and worked when fourth here last week. Has plenty of class and with luck from the back line she can win. CARRERA SUNSET (10) has been racing well since arriving from NZ, kicking off with back-to-back Menangle wins before a second in a higher-graded race for the mares last time. Hard to fault so expect another strong showing. AMERICAN SPIRIT (5) is in a purple patch of form. Had enough speed to lead from a wider draw when scoring two back at Menangle then backed that up when too speedy at Shepparton last time. Should push forward from this barrier and could land the hat trick. OUTSIDE FIGHTER (1) has been consistent with a string of top-four finishes and can be competitive again from the ace draw.
