Manuel Lanzini, Midfielder, West Ham

Following his return from a long-term injury he suffered in the lead up to the World Cup last summer, Lanzini has made consecutive starts for West Ham and appears to be in their plans going forward. He played only 58 minutes in the Hammers' miserable defeat at Cardiff last weekend, but he played the full 90 the weekend before that in a victory over Newcastle, and his early substitution was likely due to the match and not his fitness. He could heavily feature again this weekend for a West Ham side that is the largest favorite on the slate and at home, where they are undefeated in their last five matches.

Ownership on West Ham is difficult to predict for this weekend. On one hand, they are at home and the largest favorites on the slate. On the other hand, they just performed woefully against a bad Cardiff side and the other teams on the slate are coming off far better performances. If West Ham are popular, ownership will likely be concentrated on Marko Arnautovic ($9,500) and Felipe Anderson ($7,500), leaving Lanzini and Robert Snodgrass ($8,000) under-owned relative to their expected role.

When healthy, Lanzini can be incredibly productive as an attacking midfielder, as he was last season for the Hammers. Of his nine best FanDuel performances last season, eight of them came when he was deployed as an attacking-mid centrally. If he is given that role this weekend in a 4-2-3-1, 3-5-1-1, or 3-4-2-1 formation, his outlook is bright against a Huddersfield side that has just one win in 14 away matches this season. West Ham should bounce back at home, and they may go overlooked in a great spot due to their exceptionally poor performance against Cardiff on last weekend's main slate.
