Ashley Barnes, Forward, Burnley

Salary: $9,500

Leicester City's recent performance should push ownership firmly onto them and away from Burnley this weekend. Burnley are currently on a three-match losing streak, but Ashley Barnes is in-form and in the middle of an impressive run of performances that has seen him score five goals in his last seven appearances, including two against elite opposition in Manchester United and Tottenham.

One week ago, Barnes would probably have been included in the group of players likely to command high ownership, but things change fast.

One poor performance against Liverpool, combined with the explosive performances of the previously mentioned players, should be enough to move Barnes into the second tier of ownership despite his outlook being as good as those likely to be more popular than him. Barnes teammate Chris Wood ($9,000) is in a similar situation, although he has gone three matches in a row without scoring. The link-up play the two of them makes pairing them together an intriguing option for large-field tournaments this weekend.

Barnes and Wood will both have a chance to take advantage of Leicester City's recent struggles on the road. The Foxes are winless in their last four matches, losing three and drawing once. Burnley, on the other hand, have won three of their last five at home, including a victory over Tottenham. They are far from a dominant side, but their outlook is certainly better at home where they will be this weekend.
