Needing help with a trade
Buddy is offering me Peyton and Rice for Dez and maclin. I already own Charles, Stacy, and Mathews. But my QBs are Brady and cutler. And it would leave me with the starting receiver tandem of Larry Fitz and emmanuel sanders.
So beforehand my team looks like this:
Brady
Charles
Stacy
Dez
Fitz
Flex: Mathews

and after:
Peyton
Charles
Stacy
Fitz
E. Sanders
Flex: Mathews

Which team looks better? Thanks!

Brady has one of the easiest schedules in the league every year.. Denver has a tough schedule i believe this season.. i think i would stick with Dez and MAclin.. as long as he healthy MAclin should put up decent numbers.. more than rice maybe

I wouldn't do it Brady is already good and now with Gronk back off injury he should be a good QB for fantasy points

I wouldn't do it. Brady and Cutler leave you solid at QB, you don't need Manning badly enough to give up Dez for him and weaken your WRs that much. Maclin's got a lot of upside too, and if you have Charles, Stacy, and Mathews already, you don't need Rice at all. Pass.

I think Cutler could have a big year this year. His and McCown's combined numbers would've been good for third in QB scoring last year. And if Brady bounces back to more of what he used to be, which is probable even with a bunch of JV receivers, then you could have two potential top-6 QBs. I think Sanders could have a big year, but do you really want to bank your WR2 spot on that. I think the dropoff from Dez to Sanders is more significant than the drop-off from Peyton to Cutler/Brady.

I wouldn't do it. Dez is poised for the best season of his career if he stays healthy. With your runningbacks, its possible Rice stays your RB4 all year, so he would have very little impact. Maclin for Rice is basically a wash talent wise, but with your RB situation , Maclin probably is more valuable to you than Rice, so its essentially Peyton for Dez. Considering you have Brady and Cutler which should be able to stream you solid QB play. I am huge on Brady and Cutler this year. Both potential boom players considering their projections. Manning on the other hand has a pretty brutal schedule to start off the year. You shouldn't look at the schedule too much but combine that with the widespread belief he can't possibly duplicate last years success, I vote NO
