Deshaun Watson, QB, Houston Texans

NFL.com Start Percentage: 5.1%

Week 4 Fantasy Points: 33.7

The Houston Texans rookie not only had a great performance, but he was the top overall quarterback in Week 4.

Deshaun Watson is now a top-10 quarterback for the season (NFL.com scoring). He started slowly in Week 1 but has increased his point total in every game since. Watson's improvement is exciting for fantasy players who are having quarterback issues (Derek Carr, anyone?), as he's still owned in less than 15 percent of NFL.com leagues. After a game in which he accounted for 5 total touchdowns, expect Watson to be a hot commodity on the waiver wire.

So do you run out and add him? Maybe. He's absolutely in consideration as a streaming option depending on the matchup, but there are game theory reasons to temper your enthusiasm.

That said, early projections for Week 5 already have him on the edge of QB1 status. It helps that he has two capable receivers in DeAndre Hopkins and Will Fuller, and that he can beat you with his legs as well as his arm.
