David Peralta, OF, Arizona Diamondbacks

David Peralta isn't typically a guy we think of for power, but he's quietly posted a career-high 19 home runs this year and gets an excellent matchup against Cincinnati Reds right-hander Anthony DeSclafani.

DeSclafani has struggled mightily against left-handed bats, coughing up a 43.8% hard-hit rate and .403 expected weighted on-base average (xwOBA). Meanwhile, Peralta is putting up a tantalizing 48.7% hard-hit rate, .405 wOBA, and .249 ISO against righties. Although he still hits too many ground balls, the huge leap in hard contact is an encouraging development for him moving forward.

Peralta is batting leadoff tonight and gets a nice offensive boost from hitter-friendly Great American Ball Park. Between Coors Field, good spots for the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox, and some cheaper stacks, the Arizona Diamondbacks could fly under the radar tonight.
