Nik Bonaddio, CEO and Founder
Nik has extensive experience in the startup industry, serving as the Creative Director for several funded and profitable companies, including Spongecell (Halo/IPG) and WorkMarket (USV/Spark Capital). Prior to the startup world, he was at Yahoo, where he was the lead designer for the OpenID/oAuth implementations, as well as the lead designer for all payment and checkout screens.
Nik is a honors graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, with a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems/Communication Design in 2004, and a Masters Degree in Information Systems Management in 2005. During his time at Carnegie Mellon, Nik was awarded several AIGA Student honors, and was a two-time All-American and fourteen-time All-Conference athlete.
Keith Goldner, Chief Analyst
Keith has worked with two NBA franchises - Oklahoma City Thunder and Philadelphia 76ers - performing extensive statistical analysis and data management. In addition, he has worked with ESPN and the Wall Street Journal, contributing analysis across multiple platforms.
Keith graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Mathematics. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and his sports analytics research has been featured at conferences across the nation.
Michael Worthington, CTO
Michael has spent his career working at a range of companies, from publicly owned (SnapInteractive) to recently acquired (Zingy) to Fortune 500 (SparkNotes owned by Barnes & Noble). Along the way, he furnished an affinity for scaling systems, a skillset that helped the websites and Facebook applications he worked on scale to millions of page views and transactions everyday.
Michael is a graduate of Rutgers University, with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science in 2005.
Adam Kaplan, VP Sales and Business Development
Adam brings to the team significant sales and business development experience, having served as the Director of National Accounts and Strategic Partnerships at Yext, having moved up the ranks from a part of the sales team to Sales Manager to Director in just two years. Adam is a 2008 graduate of the University of Arizona.
Zach Warren, Chief Editor
Zach has turned his passion for sports writing and broadcasting into a career: before coming to numberFire, he worked with the Cotuit Kettleers of the Cape Cod Baseball League as well as the Big Ten Network as a staff broadcaster. He also holds field journalism experience as an on-air personality at NBC26 in Green Bay, WI, and also has experience in the startup industry through working for Position-Tech in Chicago. Zach holds a Bachelors Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, where he graduated in 2012. There, he served as the Sports Director of the university’s student-run radio station, WNUR.
