Nik Bonaddio, CEO and Founder
Nik has extensive experience in the startup industry, serving as the Creative Director for several funded and profitable companies, including Spongecell (Halo/IPG) and WorkMarket (USV/Spark Capital). Prior to the startup world, he was at Yahoo, where he was the lead designer for the OpenID/oAuth implementations, as well as the lead designer for all payment and checkout screens.
Nik is a honors graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, with a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems/Communication Design in 2004, and a Masters Degree in Information Systems Management in 2005. During his time at Carnegie Mellon, Nik was awarded several AIGA Student honors, and was a two-time All-American and fourteen-time All-Conference athlete.

Keith Goldner, Chief Analyst
Keith has worked with two NBA franchises - Oklahoma City Thunder and Philadelphia 76ers - performing extensive statistical analysis and data management. In addition, he has worked with ESPN and the Wall Street Journal, contributing analysis across multiple platforms.
Keith graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Mathematics. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and his sports analytics research has been featured at conferences across the nation.
Keith's favorite office snack is Chex Mix.
Michael Worthington, CTO
Michael has spent his career working at a range of companies, from publicly owned (SnapInteractive) to recently acquired (Zingy) to Fortune 500 (SparkNotes owned by Barnes & Noble). Along the way, he furnished an affinity for scaling systems, a skillset that helped the websites and Facebook applications he worked on scale to millions of page views and transactions everyday.
Michael is a graduate of Rutgers University, with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science in 2005.
Michael's favorite office snack is Garden of Eatin' Red Hot Blues.
Adam Kaplan, Chief Operating Officer
Adam brings to the team significant sales and business development experience, having served as the Director of National Accounts and Strategic Partnerships at Yext, where he moved up the ranks from a part of the sales team to Sales Manager to Director in just two years.
Adam is a 2008 graduate of the University of Arizona, with a BA in Urban Planning and Business Management.
Adam's favorite office snack is Cheerios.
Chris Rodriguez, Chief Marketing Officer
Chris is a digital marketer focused on customer acquisition and engagement. He has worked with a range of startups and tech organizations, including Knewton, General Assembly, Speek, and Techstars. He comfortably navigates through all marketing channels - SEO, SEM, Online Ads, Social Media, Email, Content - and spends a ton of his time in Google Analytics.
Chris is a University of Virginia Cavalier, a native New Yorker, and a die-hard Knicks, Jets, and Yankees fan.
Payom Dousti, Software Engineer
Payom brings a diverse set of experience to the numberFire team. Despite an academic background in Biology, Payom has spent his professional life dealing with the most complex API and data structures in business. Most recently the Lead API Manager for MyCityWay, Payom was previously a software developer at TenLegs.
Payom is a 2011 graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, with a BA in Biological Sciences.

Brian McGlade, iOS Engineer
Brian most recently worked as a mobile developer at S&P Capital IQ, contributing to both iPad and smartphone financial apps. Prior to that, he interned at Microsoft, working as part of their Windows team. Since college, he developed a passion for front end development and design, specifically in the mobile sector. He supports the greatest sports city of all time, Philadelphia, although it would be fair to say that his co-workers don't even think it's the greatest in the state.
Brian is a 2011 graduate of Cornell University, with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.

JJ Zachariason, Editor-In-Chief
JJ comes from the ad agency world, working with Fortune 500 consumer brands throughout his young career. He published his first e-book in 2012, The Late Round Quarterback, highlighting a logical strategy for fantasy football enthusiasts. Since, he’s been featured on sites like NBC Sports’ Rotoworld, and has had numerous spots on SiriusXM Fantasy radio.
JJ graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a Certificate in Digital Media.
JJ’s favorite office snack is almonds. Preferably the unsalted variety.
Amar Rao, Software Engineer
Amar brings years of technical experience to numberFire. Previously to joining the team, he was an SDE at Amazon.com. Prior to that he has interned at Apple and Amazon. Amar was born and raised in Pittsburgh and is a big fan of all Pittsburgh sports.
Amar graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2012 with a Bachelors of Computer Science.
Sam Hauss, Community Manager
Sam comes to numberFire after spending several years in the advertising industry working on branding projects for many major sports brands and professional franchises, including the Miami Dolphins, New York Jets and Philadelphia Eagles. He is also a long time contributor to numberFire on the content side. Born and raised in New Jersey, Sam is a life-long New York sports fan despite living in Philadelphia for several years.
Sam is a 2010 graduate of Syracuse University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising Management.

Lemieux, Office Cat
Named after the greatest hockey player of all-time, Lemieux is the office cat and unofficial mascot of the numberFire team.
Lemieux brings a lot of attitude and sass into the office environment, in the rare instances when she is not sleeping in the sun on the windowsill. She is also responsible for large delays in productive work, due to laying on all of our computers and demanding to be fed.
Lemieux's favorite office snack is Fancy Feast Sea Captain's Choice.
