Is this collusion or just kinda immoral?
I am in the unfortunate position of needing to win both remaining games AND having someone else lose at least one of them to make the playoffs. Fortunately for me, my team is really strong. Unfortunately the other guy will be playing the two worst teams in the league.

If I was to drop a couple of players from my bench to try to help the other guy lose, would that be cheating? Frowned upon? No issue?

The guys I would be looking to drop are Alfred Morris and Brandon Marshall (would leave me with Forte, Murray, LeVeon, Cobb, Green, OBJ - no QB and bad luck with matchups has killed me this year)

well...it is iffy...and it depends where the guy is in the waiver order, who is to say he could even get them. and i doubt marshall would be available for anybody this week since his game is tomorrow if you dropped him today. someone dropped stafford in one of my leagues...i think it was a last place team so who cares, but he can't come off until next wednesday. i would say just pray to the fantasy gods that you win and someone losses.

Yeah. I was more thinking about next week, but yeah likely won't do it. Just kinda wanted to canvas opinion on the matter I guess

i hear ya man. i need to win and two teams need to lose for me to make it. it's tempting, but who's to say those last place teams would even get them. it's gonna be frowned upon especially if the team you need to lose actually does lose and you get in because of that. put yourself in those shoes.

Keep your players and worry about winning out. If the fantasy God's smile upon you...accept it, and pay sacrifice to them by drinking copious amounts of beer.

Because the guy he's against can pick them up.

Makes sense. Could be collusion is they have the top waiver pickup if you both agree but if not it's anyone's chance.
