Do I need to mix things up?

Admittedly, 5 players on bye this week, but my team is 1-3 so far.
Do I need to make some trades to upgrade some of my players?
I feel like my team is good, just havent had big performances like some QBs, RBs, WRs. Am I just unlucky so far?
Do not be afraid to hurt my feeling, just looking for some feedback.

Start Kelce over Davis. I would trade ball/davis for another good WR or RB.

your team isn't very deep at all. You need upgrade at QB and TE definitely and a better starting RB than what you have. Possibly trade high on Ball (with his tough schedule) and package with a name like Davis for McCoy or Forte? Trade Hill to Gio owner and Blue to Arian owner, but package to upgrade your team. You've got decent pieces, but 2 hold on to 2 defenses (when you're streaming), a backup qb that's not very good and 2 ravens rbs? You're gonna start Dez, Floyd and Allen every week with 49ers as defense. Drop/Trade Chargers, trade Davis (Kelce is enough), package Quick, drop Pierce (lower upside), trade Hill/Blue and drop FitzP.

So Davis is worth more after last week than Lamar Miller after some big games for Miller?
