Trade away Murray, Stacy, and Eli Manning for Nelson and Ball?

Got an offer of Jordy Nelson and Montee Ball for Murray, Stacy, and Eli Manning.

Let me hear your opinions. It is a 2qb league and Manning is my only backup with the waiver wire looking insanely crappy for QBs.

As it stands I don't think you can afford it at RB. I'm not high on Stacy and Eli's a pretty bad backup. But unless you can get a RB off of waivers/trade you're SOL if you do the trade and one of them gets injured.
