12th pick - Snake - Std Scoring Strategies
I'm leaning toward WR/WR for 1.12 and 2.1. In mocks, I'll sometimes get lucky and end up with D. Thomas and D. Bryant. However, it is usually, D. Bryant and a choice of AJ Green, B. Marshall, J. Jones. I usually choose Dez and AJ. Good choice or should I be grabbing someone else? Would you employ the WR/WR theory in my position?

For standard scoring, definitely go RB/WR or RB/RB. WR is deep. QB is SUPER deep.

I would agree with Eric and Greg. RB is going to be ugly if you wait until 3+ rounds. Some are higher risk than others, but WR is pretty deep. If you're against grabbing the RB, then I think Greg is right that you should at least try to get an elite QB then. But again, I think the difference at the end of the day is that QB is pretty deep too and you're going to be weak on RB if you skip the first round, let alone the second. Just my thoughts. I know everyone has a different strategy.

WR is pretty deep. If you can get a good RB, I would try. But don't reach. If you go WR/WR chances are you will be weak at RB. I would think about a WR1 and Ball or Murray. I think if you go Dez and Ball, you would have a solid foundation. Its just a long time before you draft again and then your kinda stuck with whatever RBs are there...
Or get a bunch of really good WR and trade for a RB1.

Grab an RB, they are much scarcer than WR's. Or an elite(Top 3) QB if any are left. You should be able to get a decent WR2 in the 3rd round.

Greg is spot on. If Rodgers or Brees are there grab an elite QB and a RB. Otherwise get one of the top WRs but at at least 1 RB!. Position is too scarce to wait until your next picks for high quality starters
